SAS Hotels & Resorts is to take over the management
of the InterContinental Hotel Dubai from 1 October 2006.
Since
the property opened more than three decades ago, it
has been operated by InterContinental Hotels & Resorts,
and is an established landmark on the Deira Creekside.
The hotel is popular with business travellers and the
GCC leisure market. It features 287 guest-rooms, including
39 suites, a total of 16 food and beverage outlets and
extensive meeting and exhibition facilities.
