AIRLINES
With effect from 15Jul05, China Airlines mandates e-ticketing
on all electronic Ticketing routes for all their Market Fares.
A surcharge SGD30 applies if a paper ticket is issued.
EMIRATES
Effective 30 October, Emirates will adda 4th daily flight, EK352
from Singapore to Dubai, via Kuala Lumpur, departing 2205, arriving
0345. Effective 1 November, flight EK344, departing 0140, arriving
0515 will be added to the regular schedule. Look out for details
in September’s Communique.
SINGAPORE
AIRLINES
On August 1st Singapore Airlines has implemented IATA's increase
on all published fares by up to 5%.
With immediate effect, the Ticketing Time Limit (TTL) will no
longer be calculated based on the first segment of the booking
record. Instead the most stringent TTL for all segments under
the booking record will apply. Any further changes to segment
status in the booking record will not change the TTL unless
it becomes more stringent than the original one.

(Booking made on 12Jul05) :
Segment
1 - SQ 12 Singapore-Los Angeles 29Jul
Segment 2 - SQ 29 Los Angeles-Singapore 05Aug
TTL for
segment 1 is 24Jul05.
TTL for segment 2 is 22Jul05.
